During sleep, our body repair damaged cells and make our mind becomes more calm. Lack of sleep can lead to emotional instability, fatigue, and reduced ability to think.


In order to sleep more soundly

There's plenty to do while we sleep. During sleep, our body repair damaged cells and make our mind becomes more calm. Lack of sleep can lead to emotional instability, fatigue, and reduced ability to think. Unfortunately, many people who find it difficult to sleep at night. Although it had intended to sleep, but the eyes can not be closed and no drowsiness. How so you can enjoy a deep sleep at night?

Do not eat too much at night

Try to keep your dinner did not pass at 19:00

Full stomach lead body still doing the digestive process, so the body has not been resting. Although not a heavy meal, reduce the consumption of snacks as well at night.


Bathing with warm water

This activity can make the body more relaxed so you can sleep more quickly. Bathing with warm water can be done 1 hour before bedtime.


Drinking hot milk

It also can help the body relax and sleep more deep.


Do not engage in activities which took mental and thoughts at bedtime

Activities or work that requires thinking can lead to difficulty sleeping. The debate is done at night also cause similar effects. So, do not let this activity be done after 20:30 at night.


Reading books

Should not read books that incriminating mind like a romantic book. But choose the books that contain things that are inspiring.


Write a Diary

Write a diary before bed can also make you enjoy a sound sleep. By writing diary, you like downloading your mind and will lighten the burden of thinking that make the mind calmer and sleep more soundly.


Turn off the lights

At bedtime, turn off your bedroom lights. Keep you're in the room half an hour from the time you specify, turn off the lights and try to close your eyes.


Use aromatherapy or slow music

You can use aromatherapy to be more calm. If possible, turn on the slow music that can help you relax.


Set breath

With a deep breath and set it will help you become calmer.


Feel your body

While in bed, feel your body. This will help you realize that you're ready to sleep.
